Report Missed Garbage Pick Up/Complaints

Report garbage service complaints directly to Progressive Waste Solutions at 817.222.2221. Their office shall be open to receive complaints and/or requests for information during the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. through noon on Saturday, excluding legal holidays.  BE SURE TO GET THE REPRESENTATIVE'S NAME WHEN TURNING IN COMPLAINTS. Complaints should be resolved within twenty-four (24) hours.  If a complaint has not been resolved within that time frame, you may contact City Hall Customer Service at 817.237.1211 to report the complaint, day/time it was called in to Progressive and the name of the representative reported to.
